INTRODUCTION

Power Mission Control brings IBM's Power ecosystem into one unified experience

During Summer 2026, I joined IBM's Power team as a User Experience Design Intern, contributing to platform-level experiences for Power Mission Control, a unified platform designed to bring together agentic operations and AI-powered infrastructure management.

PROJECTS

I owned four platform-level features for Power Mission Control

While I can't publicly share many project details yet, the internship gave me the opportunity to contribute to four platform-level projects, each addressing different challenges within IBM's Power ecosystem. Working closely with senior designers, product managers, engineers, and users, I contributed across research, sponsor-user feedback sessions, concept exploration, rapid iteration, prototyping, and product design. The experience also deepened my understanding of designing both for AI and with AI, as I explored how AI-powered capabilities can be integrated into user experiences while also leveraging AI throughout my own design process to accelerate research, ideation, and iteration.

DEMOS

Motion and visual design work rounded out my time on the team

Beyond core UX work, I created graphics, motion design assets, and interactive animations using After Effects and CSS for product demos, presentations, and splash screens.
